The property is conveniently by the SNFCC, the sea & multiple corporate offices that reside in Kallithea. It used to operate as a school, but was left for years unutilised, even though in a mostly residential neighbourhood. It’s lay out is favourable to be transformed into stylish residential hub.
Owner decided to retrofit the existing building, and rehabilitate one part of the property in order to accomodate a terrace pool.
