Technical Advisor during Tender Stage for implementation of 17 state-of-the-art school buildings in the Region of Central Macedonia with a total development cost of 125,7 million euros.
The project scope encompasses the design, financing, construction, maintenance, and facilities management of seventeen (17) bioclimatic school units, delivered through a PPP.
The Partnership Agreement spans a total of 27 years. The first two years will focus on construction, followed by a 25-year period dedicated to the facility management and maintenance of the school facilities.
